T Shirt...KING Words by Raymond Tyler

5 PHOTOS WE NEED
FOR A GREAT MARTIN LUTHER KING JR.
 CUSTOM T!

Today January 15th is the actual birthday of Martin Luther King Jr.
This is so NOT the resource to recount his importance to the world.
This is the perfect place to celebrate one of America's most DANGEROUS, PROGRESSIVE and KINDEST REBELS EVER!

To celebrate we dug through the thousands of iconic, rare and sometimes fun photos to come up with the five photos we would love to see on a custom T.

5 BUSTED!
In this photo we see Dr. King treated the same as any of person of color hemmed up by the police.
Whether you are looking at photos of King in 1966 or Sandra Bland in 2016...only the names and dates seem to change.
The circumstances seem to have remained the same.

4. LETS GET MARRIED!

Black Love!
All Love!
Is Beautiful.
I wish the good Dr. was here so that I could tease him about dressing like the Good Humor Man...(I would so ask him where his bike and ice cream are.)

I would however be proud to wear this image on a T Shirt with my special lady!

3 BROTHERS GONE WORK IT OUT!

Harry Belafonte with Dr. King and Sammy Davis!
Think of this as The Golden State Warriors of proud black men n the 60's
Or better yet The Bulls with Jordan, Pippen and Denis Rodman (with Tony Kukoc)

2 KISS

There is nothing like being in love!
Nothing!
And what is the reason for being a proud black man with out a black woman to just make the world worth having!

1 STILL NUMBER ONE!

I have only ever owned one King T shirt and one Malcolm X shirt and they are the same shirt!
You cannot have a valid discussion on civil rights unless you know the back ground of both!

SPOILER ALERT!
WHEN MALCOLM'S BIRTHDAY COMES UP IN MAY.
WE ARE GOING TO LIST 5 PHOTOS THAT SHOULD BE MALCOLM X SHIRTS.
AND THIS WILL STILL BE NUMBER ONE!

What Do You Think Of Our Lists?
Did We Include Your Favorite Photo?
What Photo Should We Have Added OR At Least Looked At?
